The customer

Machinaro is a German supplier of dietary supplements that places particular emphasis on natural, high-quality and tested ingredients. The products are free from sugar, flavorings and additives. All supplements are 100% manufactured in Germany. Behind Machinaro is Dr. Achim Zinggrebe, who is responsible for developing the supplements and identifying new, promising ingredients. His personal cancer history and experience are incorporated into the product development, whereby a holistic and natural approach is pursued.

The challenge

Achim Zinggrebe planned to reduce the range to two main products. The biggest challenge was to reduce the remaining stock of the discontinued products as quickly as possible to save storage capacity and the associated costs in order to concentrate on the production and marketing of the two focus products. Another problem was the lack of budget for a professional photo shoot. No high-quality product images were available, which is why alternative solutions had to be found.

The goal

The aim of the collaboration consisted of several key aspects. On the one hand, the stock of products that were to be discontinued was to be reduced as quickly as possible in order to save space and costs. On the other hand, brand awareness was to be increased and a greater reach generated. It was also important to increase the conversion rate and sales. In the long term, the use of targeted email marketing measures should build up stable customer loyalty.

The solution

Creation of the online store on Shopify

Creativebowl took over the complete creation of the online store on the Shopify platform. This included setting up the store structure as well as the design. The aim was to create a user-friendly and visually appealing store that reflects the high quality of the nutritional supplements.
