Timo Wendler is an established company from Halle an der Saale that offers high-quality plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. With decades of experience and a focus on quality and customer service, the company has built a strong reputation. Despite this reputation, the company was faced with the challenge of recruiting new talent for the position of Plumbing Mechanic.

The challenge

The shortage of skilled workers in the skilled trades is making it increasingly difficult to find qualified applicants for vacancies. Traditional advertisements in newspapers or job portals often do not achieve the desired results. In addition, potential applicants in the skilled trades sector are often skeptical about changing jobs and need clear, convincing incentives.
