The project started with one major limitation: a low budget for lead generation. At the same time, the aim was to ensure that the inquiries were not only numerous but also of high quality. The target group was specific and difficult to reach, as it is characterized by a very limited geographical and demographic profile. Geographically, ZFM Terrassendach concentrates on regions with a high density of owner-occupied homes and a high standard of living. Demographically, the range is aimed at homeowners who value quality, durability and attractive design, mostly between the ages of 35 and 65 with an upper income.
The goal
The main objective was to generate high-quality leads for patio roof projects. The quality of the inquiries had to be so high that they could be converted into orders with a high probability. In addition to the number of leads, the focus was on optimizing the lead forms in order to achieve a high conversion rate.
The solution
Variants of lead forms
In order to achieve the best possible balance between lead volume and quality, different variants of lead forms were tested. The basic variant was deliberately kept minimalist in order to generate a high volume of leads with little effort and low costs. Such forms only contain a few questions and do not have any visual or textual design elements. However, this simplicity means that the quality of the inquiries is often lower.
On the other hand, there was the elaborately designed variant that we used at ZFM Terrassendach. These forms use images that impressively present completed projects and texts that can be customized in size and format. More space for the presentation of benefits such as quality, durability and aesthetic design specifically increases the interest of the target group. Marketing arguments such as the project process and reviews from satisfied customers are also integrated into the form. These elements enable a higher level of pre-negotiation, as interested parties are already comprehensively informed before answering the actual questions. Although the time and technical effort required for this design is higher, it leads to a significant increase in the quality of the leads generated.

The optimized forms made targeted use of visual and textual elements to appeal to prospective customers. In addition, a detailed persona was created that accurately reflected the characteristics of the target group.
